Meet Kylie & Wendy:

 

Kylie & Wendy are two best friends and passionate business owners in East Multnomah County, and they know firsthand the challenges and triumphs of running a small business while balancing the chaos of motherhood. Wendy, owner of Uplift NW Photography, and Kylie, owner of Whispering Wellness, started meeting for mimosas on Wednesday mornings at Country Coffee Sit n' Sip after getting their kiddos off to school. Their daughters are best friends, and so are they—both in life and business.

 

In these weekly chats, Wendy and Kylie offered each other unwavering support, celebrating wins and lifting each other up through the inevitable losses. Wendy had just made the leap to full-time photography, and Kylie was her biggest cheerleader, knowing the unique struggles women entrepreneurs face. They understood how challenging it is to juggle a growing business, motherhood, and everything else life throws at you.

 

After every mimosa-filled conversation, Wendy and Kylie left feeling energized, inspired, and ready to take on the week ahead. It was during these moments that they realized: What if we could expand this supportive space to include more women entrepreneurs?
